The Sonoma Land Trust office is located at the intersection of Sonoma Avenue and Brookwood Avenue in downtown Santa Rosa.

Traveling on 101:

• Exit onto Hwy 12 East going towards Sonoma
• Take the 1st exit: E street/Fairgrounds
• Turn left at 2nd stoplight, Brookwood Avenue
• Go a few blocks and turn left into the parking lot just before Sonoma Avenue
• Our office is the Victorian house on the corner – 966 Sonoma Avenue
